What the session covers

The webinar focuses on three practical areas. First, how Flight Levels create transparency across the organisation — not just within teams, but between teams and between the operational and strategic layers. The question "what are we actually working on, and is it the right thing?" sounds simple. Getting a reliable answer to it across a complex organisation is not.

Second, how Flight Levels enable empowerment without chaos. One of the persistent tensions in agile transformations is between team autonomy and organisational coherence. Flight Levels offer a practical approach to maintaining both — teams make decisions about how they work, while the coordination layer ensures those decisions are connected to broader priorities.

Third, how to identify and address systemic barriers to flow. Many of the obstacles to effective delivery are not within any single team's control. They are structural — dependencies, approval processes, misaligned priorities, resource contention. Flight Levels make these visible at the right level, where something can actually be done about them.
